As BeST for Africa is part of the SIMLESA project which promote sustainable agriculture, this recent article in The Independent caught our eyes. The article summarises a recent paper published in Nature Plants, which reviews hundreds of studies over four decades. The findings of the paper showed that it may be more profitable and productive to use organic farming methods rather than conventional methods, especially in developing countries.

Its is a quite interesting read about how Organic farming has been criticised in many developed nations but has better drought resistance and can reduce climate change as well.
